Welcome to my practice in North Seattle—a space built on understanding, trust, and care for every body.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked extensively in theatre as a stagehand. That experience provided a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on performers and crew, including repetitive strain, acute and chronic musculoskeletal stress, and the impact of high-intensity work environments. I incorporate this perspective into my practice, using targeted, outcome-oriented massage techniques to address pain, improve mobility, and support physical recovery.

I am also proudly part of the LGBTQ+ community and identify as trans. I know firsthand that many people hesitate to seek care because they don’t feel safe, seen, or respected in traditional wellness spaces. My practice is intentionally inclusive—a place where your identity is affirmed, your boundaries are honored, and your comfort comes first.
Hello there, I'm Nikolas Gonzalez, LMT

My focus is on providing massage that is thoughtful, adaptable, and client-centered, especially for people who may not have felt comfortable in traditional massage settings. I have experience working with a wide range of bodies, needs, and life experiences, and I approach each session with curiosity, care, and respect. Clear communication, consent, and pacing are central to my work, and I believe clients should always feel informed and in control of their sessions.

My goal is to help people feel more at ease in their bodies—whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing stress or chronic tension, navigating change, or simply needing a space to rest. I believe massage should be accessible, affirming, and grounded in trust. Every session is an opportunity to slow down, listen to the body, and support healing in a way that feels safe and supportive.
