Cancellation and Late Arrival

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To respect the time of everyone involved, we ask you to comply with our Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy outlined below.

 

Late Cancellation Fee:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you'll get charged 100% of the service cost.

Emergency or Sickness:

  • Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at the discretion of management for emergencies or sickness with a valid medical note.

Grace Period:

  • Clients have a 5-minute grace period from their appointment start time. We will do our best to accommodate minor delays.

  • Arrivals beyond the 5-minute grace period may result in a reduction of hands-on time during the session to avoid delays for subsequent clients.

  • The full fee for the originally scheduled service will be charged, regardless of reduced time due to late arrival.

  • If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we might have to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling fees may apply, based on availability and discretion.

Notification:

  • If you know you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. This allows us to make real-time adjustments.

  • Clients who consistently arrive late may be asked to pre-pay for future services or may no longer be serviced.

 

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Your cooperation allows us to better serve all of our clients and is greatly appreciated.​ We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Thank you for respecting our Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy.

No-Shows

Life happens, but missed appointments affect us all. Here's how we handle no-shows to ensure fairness to everyone involved.

 

Notification Requirement:

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show fee.

  • Missing an appointment without proper notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service cost.

  • After two no-show instances within a six-month period, future appointments will require prepayment.

  • Gift certificate appointments that result in a no-show will forfeit the value of that session.

  • Excessive no-shows may result in the need to discontinue offering our services to the client.

  • We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to any client who has a history of no-shows.

 

By scheduling an appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting these terms. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our therapists' time and effort.

Draping and Coverage

When you come in for a massage, your comfort, privacy, and sense of safety are always my top priorities. In accordance with Washington State guidelines, I use professional draping techniques throughout the entire session. This simply means that you’ll be fully covered with a sheet or blanket, and I’ll only uncover the specific area of your body I’m working on at any given time.

 

I approach draping with great care and respect, making sure everything feels secure and comfortable for you. Before we begin, I’m always happy to walk you through what to expect and answer any questions you might have. If at any point you’d like an adjustment, whether that’s more coverage, a different positioning, or anything else, please feel free to let me know.

This also applies for sensory needs and limitations. This can include requesting different draping materials, heavier or lighter blankets, or choosing to stay partially clothed during the session. If during a session there are any unexpected reactions, discomfort, emotional responses, or sudden changes in how you’re feeling, we can pause or stop the treatment at any time. There is never any judgment, and accommodations can always be made to help create a safer, more comfortable, and supportive experience for you.

My goal is to create a space where you can truly relax, knowing you are respected, supported, and in control of your experience.
